We believe that by nurturing self-love and authenticity, young people can overcome challenges and contribute meaningfully to their communities. Our mission is to create a supportive and compassionate space for teens to explore their identities, values, and passions. Through a unique blend of intuitive practices and evidence-based techniques, we guide them on a journey of self-discovery, resilience, and empowerment. By equipping them with the tools to express their voices, we aim to inspire a brighter, more connected future for all.

About Cassie Prouty
Founder of
Cassie began her career in domestic violence where she led the youth outreach programs for a non-profit. During this time she discovered a deep passion for helping people who are struggling and understanding the ROOT causes of teens struggles with self-esteem/self worth and emotional challenges. To pursue this mission, she founded Soul 2 Soul, a program dedicated to empowering children, teens and young adults by helping them build a strong sense of self. Through this initiative, she guides them identifying who they are, understanding their core morals and values, clarifying their life goals, and discovering their passions.
Cassie has been trained in “You Can Heal Your Life” Life coach and workshop leader/ life coach, a program rooted in the teachings of Louise Hay, she has also completed multiple trainings in suicide prevention, extensively involved in numerous youth mental health education and training initiatives, further enhancing her ability to support and empower the youth.
