Hi, I'm Audrey! A passionate advocate for young women, and I'm so excited to help you navigate the twists and turns of young adulthood, all while helping you tap into your authentic self.
As a young woman, I grappled with anxiety, body dysmorphia, and eating disorders. These challenges shaped my deep empathy for the struggles teens and young adults face today. My journey toward healing ignited a passion for supporting others.
Having worked with young people in a K-8 school, I witnessed firsthand the unique pressures of growing up in today’s world. I understand the feeling of not quite fitting in, of searching for a sense of belonging. My goal is to empower young women to not only find their place but to embrace it with confidence and joy.
Through years of personal growth and self-discovery, I've transformed my own challenges into strength. I believe in the power of women uplifting each other and am committed to guiding young women on their paths to self-love, resilience, and fulfillment.

Retreat Coach
Hi, my name is Cassia! I have always been passionate about helping others. My purpose is human connection and helping people to see their worth. My goal is to spread love and light by being authentically myself and helping the young generation to embrace their true selves. I am passionate about this work because I would be so lost if I hadn’t started it. I moved to New York City when I was 17 years old with a dream of pursuing musical theatre. I have been doing shows since I was a little girl, that little girl thrived to inspire and uplift people through music and art. After living in New York for 4 years, I have learned so much about myself, my inner child, and who I want to become. I will always love being on stage but in order to truly fulfill my purpose, I know that life coaching is what I’m meant to do. After doing this work, I feel more connected to myself than ever before, I feel more connected in my relationships, and I am living the life that little me would be proud of. I am so excited share all that I have learned and to continue to inspire but on a more personal level. You having everything you need already within you, I hope that we can find it together. 💗

Hi, my name is Violet, I am 18 years old and have a passion for not only caring for kids but helping them feel loved, confident, and empowered! My journey to self-love has not been easy. I used to struggle deeply with anxiety and went through a lot mentally and physically, especially with body image and self-acceptance. Over time, I learned to overcome these challenges, and now I want to use my experiences to help children build strong self-esteem and a positive mindset. I am trained as a self-esteem building coach and love to create a nurturing environment where children can grow, express themselves, and thrive. I lead with strong morals and values, ensuring a safe, supportive, and positive space for every child in my care. Having personally faced struggles with confidence, I understand how important it is to feel supported and valued, and I strive to provide that for every child I work with and to build a deeper connection with them from within and out!
